After the week I had last week, I really wanted to choose a quote that would be meaningful to me for the next few days.

I’ve always been a “giver.” I give so much of myself to others or to things that don’t really benefit me. This can be very, very exhausting and I’m trying to learn how to just focus on myself for a change.
