I was listening to the Rickey Smiley Morning Show this morning and came in on the segment where a bride-to-be wanted her sister to lose weight before her wedding otherwise she wouldn’t be able to participate. WTF? How shallow can you be? So I wanted to pose the question to all of you…would you exclude your family member from your wedding because of his or her weight?

24 MayDuring an invitation only funeral service, family and friends gathered Wednesday afternoon at Christ Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tennessee to pay their last respects to legendary queen of disco, Donna Summer. Producer and one of Donna’s close friends,David Foster, performed “The Prayer” with Natalie Grant and Summer’s sisters sang “We’ve Come This Far By Faith”.

“Get Ready”: Gloria Govan Confirms “Basketball Wives LA” Begins Filming
24 MayDespite the growing controversy surrounding the original Basketball Wives series, VH1 has granted Basketball Wives LA another season. On Wednesday, Gloria Govan (one of the cast members) tweeted that filming had begun for the second season.
Jackie Christie (another cast member) was the first of the wives to officially confirm her role on the show and although the names of the entire cast have not yet been released, in addition to Gloria and Jackie, Gloria’s older sister Laura is expected to return.
