Whit Wisdom: Get Rid of Dead Weight

Are you holding on to something negative in your life? No wonder you feel hopeless. No wonder you’re contemplating giving up. There can’t be hope in the future, as and when you’re too busy wallowing in the past. Releasing heavy burdens is a positive step toward your future.

Here’s a list of some heavy loads that can keep you from your destiny:
– Bitterness
– Inconsistency
– Procrastination
– Envy
– Self-Hate
– Self-Pity
– Lies
– Heartache
– Excuses
– Denial
– Drama
– Shame
– Fear
– Resentment
– Anger
– Regret
– Worry

If you carry any of these weights, my hope is that you gradually learn to let go so you can receive hope and live life more abundantly.

Don’t know where to start? Ask yourself …what brings me joy? What makes me smile? What brightens my day? What relieves my stress? What gives me hope? Some things that can help you get rid of dead weight could be mediation, prayer, music, exercising, cooking, or talking with someone you trust.

Keep pressing and claim your destiny.
