When Customer Service Goes Wrong :: T-Mobile Employee Stabs Customer For Complaining About Bill

A T-Mobile customer who went inside a Pennsylvania store to complain about his phone bill left with a stab wound in the stomach last week.

It is being reported that the 59-year-old customer went into the store and got into an argument with the 21-year-old sales representative after complaining that he had been double billed. The argument continued outside the store and turned into a scuffle between the two men. After the scuffle, the customer managed to grab the employee’s name tag and drove himself to a precinct not realizing he had been stabbed with an unknown object.

The employee, Darnell Schoolfield, is currently on the run.
