On an upcoming episode of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, Teairra Mari takes the stage to perform for the first time in six years. You may remember Teairra from her debut single, “Make Her Feel Good.” She was signed to Roc-a-Fella and I actually liked her then. I remember a performance she did with Rihanna and Amerie honoring Destiny’s Child and she had an average voice, not bad, but not anything to write home about.
Going into the performance, Teairra knew things would be shaky but she bravely performed anyway and used it as an opportunity to see how she needed to improve. Check it out below.

I was thinking to myself that it wasn’t that bad until toward the end as and when her voice just seemed to completely fall apart. People in the crowd were actually laughing and making faces with no type of discretion at all! I liked how the woman approached the performance but Sincere was really rude and could’ve given his “constructive” criticism a little better. I know the industry is cutthroat but that doesn’t mean you talk to people any kind of way.
