Charles Ramsey, the Cleveland man credited with rescuing three women who were held hostage in a home for a decade is now saying he has no place to live and no money – and he’s blaming his stardom for it.
Ramsey says that he was fired from his job where he worked in the kitchen because people were constantly coming to the back to shake his hand. He also says that he was shamed out of his home because his neighbors say he exaggerated his rescue of the women.
According to reports, Ramsey received about $50,000 in the last two months from appearances and private donors who wanted to reward him for his act of heroism. When asked about the money his response was:
“Money goes fast if you have bills.”
Yes it does Mr. Ramsey. Check out the video up top to hear him explain his money problems.
