Making your own hair oil is like learning the alphabet. Super easy right?
Not only is it easy, it saves time and money. No longer will you have to search beauty supply store after beauty supply store looking for a great oils. With just a few simple, inexpensive ingredients you can make your own.
All you need is:
- 4- 8 oz bottle
- Pure Glycerin and
- Any oils that you like
My top two favorite oils to use are coconut and almond oil. Coconut oil penetrates the hair beyond the surface providing strength and flexibility and using coconut oil leaves your hair less likely to break. You can find it at Wal-Mart for less than $7. Almond oil has great benefits just like coconut oil. It keeps the hair shiny, repairs split ends and treats dandruff. You can find it at most supermarkets or even your local drug store.
To seal the oils you need pure glycerin, which can also be found at your local drug store. The glycerin will help to seal in moisture.
Here’s a simple recipe to follow.
- 3 oz of coconut oil
- 2- 3 oz of Almond oil
- 1- 2 oz of Pure glycerin
- Shake well and you’re done!
