Tried & True:: Using Apple Cider Vinegar As A Skin Toner

Surprisingly, apple cider vinegar has many uses. It can be used for salad dressing, for house cleaning, or for your skin. Apple cider vinegar helps to regulate the ph of your skin, making it a great item to use as a toner.

Before you start using apple cider vinegar on your face, please be aware: THIS STUFF IS STRONG! Apple cider vinegar has a very strong odor and may burn your skin if it is not dilluted. It is advised that you do a skin test first, by applying the mixture to a small part of your face to see how your skin will react. During use of apple cider vinegar, it is common for your skin to get better, worsen, and then get better, but don’t worry because this is common in many facial products.

To get the best benefits of apple cider vinegar, you can also drink it. It has a very vinegary taste so be prepared. Also, do not drink apple cider vinegar straight, it can cause your tooth enamel to decay and can lower potassium levels. Be sure to purchase organic apple cider vinegar because it contains more vitamins and nutrients.
