Getting rid of fat in the stomach area has been a concern for millions of people, and a target for some companies. The truth of the matter is that the stomach area is the hardest place to burn fat. Spending money on weight loss pills and pills claiming to burning your fat is not the answer! All it takes is a little dedication to tighten and tone your abdominal area.
Here are a few exercises known to trim those love handles.
Bicycle Crunch: Lie on your back with your hands behind your head. Elevate your feet and move your legs like you are actually riding a bike. Next, bring your left feet toward your chest and twist your right elbow to meet it.
Create a “T shape” with your body, using one arm align it beneath your arm pit and stack your feet onto one another.
Twist it Out
Position your body in a comfortable sitting position with your feet flat and knees bent. Slightly lean back, with your arms stretched out in front of you, twisting your torso from side to side.
Use an elevated surface (exercise ball, bench, table etc) to elevate your feet with both hands touching the ground. Hold your plank for 2 to 5 minutes.
Plank Knee Drive
Ever ran track? Position your body like you’re a track runner with both hands on the grand and your butt in the air. Bring your right knee out and try to touch your right elbow.
