Pretty much everyone who watched VH1’s CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story thought Pebbles was a villian who took advantage of the ladies of TLC as they got their music careers off the ground.
Well, Pebbles, the founder and former manager of TLC, isn’t happy with how she was portrayed and has filed a $40 million lawsuit against VH1’s parent company, Viacom. According to the lawsuit, Pebbles claims that the VH1 movie portrays her “as a conniving and dishonest business woman who hoodwinked three innocent girls and exploited their talent for her own personal gain.”
Viacom has not released a statement regarding the lawsuit.
