Justin Bieber is not having a good year, it’s not even February yet and he has been arrested twice.
According to reports, the 19-year-old pop star recently turned himself in to police and was charged with assault. Allegedly, Bieber hit a limo driver in the back of the head several times last month when the driver picked him up, along with five others, from a Toronto club. During the drive to the hotel, one of the other passengers also hit the driver. The official police report says that the driver stopped the vehicle, exited and called the police.
An online petition to have Bieber deported back to Canada is up for consideration by the White House. In the six days since his DUI arrest, the petition has garnered over 122,000 signatures. By default, any petition submitted to the “We The People” website with more than 100,000 signatures will automatically be reviewed by the White House.
The petition reads:
“We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.”
JessicaSimien.com recently spoke with Bieber’s mother and her philosophy on Justin is that he’s an adult who has to make his own decisions…well, he isn’t making very good ones! For now, Bieber is staying put in the United States, but he does have plans to move out of his current neighborhood.
