Roc Nation rapper J. Cole visited his hometown, Fayetteville, North Carolina, and kicked it with some local kids as a part of his annual Dreamville Weekend.
Hundreds of kids were lined up outside Round-A-Bout Skating Center, where he worked as a teen, Friday night waiting on their chance to meet 28-year-old Cole.
Cole started the Dreamville Foundation in 2011 to help Fayetteville youth find opportunities for success. He has even launched a reading program at a local high school in the city. This is a great look for J. Cole, it’s always, always good to see celebs and other influential people going back to their roots and giving to the communities.
