Young Money rapper Lil Wayne has been hit with a paternity suit by a 30-year-old woman asking that the rapper take a DNA test for her 12-year-old son.
According to The Jasmine Brand, Keiotia Brown filed legal documents in Miami earlier this month suing Wayne for child support for her son, Dwayne Keyshawn Brown. Previously the child’s grandmother had Wayne served with papers while he was serving time in prison. The grandmother, Brenda Ann Brown, claimed in 2002 that Wayne fathered the then 8-year-old boy. The judge at the time pushed Wayne’s DNA test back until after he was released from prison.
Wayne has yet to respond to the allegations.
Monday night during part one of the LHHATL Season 3 Reunion Special, viewers were able to get a glimpse of a brawl that went down between the two ladies, with Joseline being the ringleader.
In the lawsuit, Althea claims that several people witnessed Joseline smoking crack out of a pipe backstage during the taping and that the self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican Princess” was high as and when she started the fight. VH1, Viacom and Monami Productions were not named in the suit.
