Celebrity News Roundup: Karrine Steffans To Release Another Tell-All Book + Joe Budden Accused Of Brutally Beating Girlfriend

Karrine ‘Superhead’ Steffans may be at the center of hip-hop controversy again really soon.

Almost ten years ago she released “Confessions Of A Video Vixen,” a tell-all book that described her relationships with various men in the entertainment industry. I remember reading every juicy detail and wondering if the men would retaliate.

Rumors are circulating that Steffans may be penning another tell-all after she made this post on Instagram:

Just because I don’t jump up and down trying to defend myself every time someone in my life says or does something negative toward me, doesn’t mean I’m accepting their bullshit. The most dangerous person in the room is the quietest. Over the years, I have fought very private wars and let the public spin. I didn’t have the energy to fight the world. I was too busy trying to save my own life. But, you see, the thing about writing is that you can do it anywhere, at any time, record everything, then kept it. Just hold on to it…until. After all, revenge is a dish best served cold and the best revenge will always be truth and success. I like to play dead. I like to lull people to sleep with a false sense of victory and as and when they have fallen asleep, I like to stifle them with my words…stab them with my pen…boil them in its ink. VINDICATED: CONFESSIONS OF A VIDEO VIXEN is on its way and nothing will be the same. Good morning.

I agree with her about what she said about writing, but I wouldn’t use my words to hurt someone else or get “revenge.” I’d rather write to teach a lesson or help someone who has been through a similar situation. But anyway, I’m sure she’ll sell this one as well as she did the other since she’s been seen out and about with lots of celebrity men within the last year or so including Soulja Boy, Yung Berg and Lil Wayne.

Rapper and “Love & Hip Hop: New York” cast member Joe Budden took to Twitter to taunt NYPD after reports of him allegedly abusing his girlfriend hit the internet.

According to reports Budden, 33, drove up to a NYC restaurant around 4:30 a.m. last Sunday, grabbed his ex and shoved her into his car.  He took her to his New Jersey home where the attack continued until she escaped and called police. Photos of her injury were obtained by TMZ.

Budden doesn’t appear to take the allegations seriously. His Twitter feed was full of jabs and jokes about the incident. Check out the tweets below.

I can’t believe a 33-year-old man would take something like this so lightly, but hey – I guess when you’re a celebrity you don’t have the same worries as us regular folks!
