For the past three weeks I’ve been indulging in Christina C. Jones‘ Serendipitous Love Book series and I’ve yet to be disappointed. I’ve enjoyed each book in the series and I’m a little sad that I’m almost done with it.
Fall In Love Again is the third book in the series and chronicles the relationship between Charlie and Nixon. I’m still team Carter and Viv so it was hard to open up to a new couple and give them a fair chance after how good book two was. Needless to say, Charlie and Nixon grew on to me and their story took me on a rollercoaster ride.
Charlie is one tough cookie and she seems to be very sure of herself as a woman although the book opens up in the middle of a sticky situation for her. If you read book one, she’s a little more feisty than Simone but a lot more mature as and when it comes to love. Nixon is a jokester, very charming and also sure of himself and it makes their cat and mouse love charade for most of the book very interesting.
Overall I enjoyed this book and it seems like everyone gets a baby LOL. I think I would’ve liked it even more if I wasn’t so crazy about book two. One huge takeaway from this is that you can have love with the same person a second time, no matter how crazy it may seem while you’re going through it. This is a story about hope and what holding on to it can do for your life.
I’m currently reading book four and I want to kill the main character’s boyfriend already! Christina just keeps the page turners coming!
