This post is brought to you by Nuby. Keep reading for a sneak peek of their 360 cups, silicone bibs and feeding plates!
Marley is seven months already and with this major milestone, he’s exploring new flavors and is attempting to feed himself. It’s the cutest thing ever and it’s also the saddest thingever. Where did my baby go?! Once I’m over all of my sad emotions, I realize how much fun mealtime can be now. When we were offered a sneak peek into the new Fall products by Nuby, I couldn’t resist. I knew that Marley would enjoy trying out the cups and I would enjoy learning how to transition into this next stage of feeding.
Marley can’t technically feed himself baby food and all that jazz but he can hold his bottle and I’m excited about that because it frees up a few minutes for us to get things done. I was also excited just to watch him becoming independent. Babies can begin using sippy cups at six months (or earlier depending on your child) and there are a ton you can choose from.
The Tritan 360 Wonder Cup with twin handles and the 360 Wonder Cup are both new additions to the Nuby family. These cups come in several different prints and feature 360 drinking action which means that babies and toddlers can drink from anywhere on the rim. It’s also the next step to open cup drinking. I was so excited to try this out because I’d served in our church nursery and a kid had a 360 cup and I just could not figure it out! After trying the Nuby 360 Wonder Cup with twin handles, mystery solved!
He’s exploring and testing the 360 Wonder Cup (as you can see from the photos) but he doesn’t seem ready for it yet. I think the 360 lid is a little confusing for him so we use a different Nuby cup that has a nipple top, similar to a bottle. I try to let him play with the cup a few times throughout the week in between having his juice so that he can get used to it. I’ll transition him from his other cup to this one when he shows signs of trying to drink from it.
Pros of the 360 Wonder Cup:
- beautiful designs
- no spills (just a few leaks when the flap unfolds a little)
Cons of the 360 Wonder Cup:
- more of a learning curve for baby to use

Not only are we experimenting with sippy cups, we’re also spoon feeding! Honestly, I think I teared up a little when he first used a spoon. *deep sigh* Anyway, there are two Nuby products that have been helpful as we spoon feed our sweet boy – the Sure Grip Feeding Plate and 3D On-the-Go Feeding Bib.
I love love love the bib! A major pain point for me when it comes to bibs is that when they’ve been wet, the wetness isn’t always completely absorbed by the bib. Marley’s shirts would still be wet or sometimes just as soaked as the bib!
I’d like for one of my loyal readers to try the new 360 Wonder Cup by Nuby so I’m giving a pack away! One luck winner will receive one pack of two sippy cups. Details are below.
