Many of you who read my blog regularly are from way back when I first started in 2012. No matter how many edits I make or how much my content evolves, the fact remains that you all love when I get personal. I’ve been posting a lot of sponsored content lately and honestly that gets boring. It also takes the fun out of blogging when your posts have to meet so many requirements before you’re able to release it.
Here’s the backstory to this post. I’ve been growing in my faith A LOT for about two years now, following my decision to rededicate my life to Christ when I joined Shady Grove Baptist Church in Hattiesburg. I ended up moving back to Jackson and after floating around at different churches, I became involved with CityHeart – best decision ever! I’ve grown so much with my church family and as I continue to grow, I have to kick things up a notch.
With that said, I’m going to be sharing my sermon notes from services that I attend here on my blog. These notes just aren’t to fill empty spaces on my editorial calendar, they’re my way of sharing what I believe with you and holding myself accountable at the same time.
