It’s All In The Stars: Read Your November Horoscope

It’s the start of a new month, which means new things are on the horizon for all of us. Whether you believe in astrology or not, we’ve compiled a fun, zodiac forecast for the month. Check it out below.

Aries

Dates: March 21 – April 19
Symbol: Ram
The name of your game this month is relaxation. Keep it cool and cute and kickback for once. You want to just sit back and let life do it’s thing. It’s time to just spend some time with yourself and your loved ones and really explore what makes you happy. You’ll probably be called to help your close friends on the 5th, 6th,and 7th, and you’ll be greatly appreciated. On the 8th and 9th, you’re “on a rollercoaster that only goes up, my friend.” You’ll be getting some great news on those days so be prepared and enjoy it! At the end of the month you’re gonna finally get something you really want and you should revel in that victory.

Taurus

Dates: April 20 – May 20
Symbol: Bull
At the beginning of this month, you should take some time for yourself and think about what’s important to you and the things you really want. The 5th,6th, and 7th are the times that you should think about major decisions. Call up your girls and get them together, have a heart to heart and end it with a marathon. Later in the month is time for passion. On the 25th through the 31st, you’ll be at your most passionate and if you have a partner – they probably will too. Some may like it hot, but make sure at the end of month you take time to cool it down, too.

Dates: May 21 – June 21

You might be feeling really emotional at the beginning of the month. Whether that emotion is sadness or anger, you should take this time to get your workout on. Go do some Zumba or hit the gym, even get a few your best friends over and have a twerk session to your favorite music (What?! Twerking is a GREAT exercise, that’s why you’re always so tired after you leave a club). Your creativity will soar during this time too, so be sure to check into that. On the tenth, you’re going to need this new found Zen to deal with someone or something trying to disrupt your peace. Don’t let it get you, find something else that places you at ease. You’re feeling a little lethargic on the first and that’s okay. If you’re able to indulge, do so and get that extra ten minutes of sleep. Balance is going to be a recurring theme in your life so don’t be afraid to take a couple of days to figure out how you want to balance the things going on. Your energy is perking up on the 5th and you should definitely socialize an dshow that off on the 10th and 11th.You get the feedback you’ve been searching for on the 14th,15th, and 16th, and if it’s what you’ve been waiting for? For a few minutes you need to put your thoughts of your future career and it’s demands to the side and focus on living. Explore what excites you on the 15th. No one ever said work and play don’t go hand in hand. Actually, someone did say that but who knows if they’re a credible source? In your case at the beginning of the month, dear Virgo, ignore them. Work and play will come together in a big way to get the ball rolling. Don’t criticize people on the 5th, 6th, and 7th, unless you’re completely sure you’re right . You’re gonna get some big news on from the 19th-2st and it’s gonna shift things in your favor. You also might see some new responsibilities on the horizon. You should reorganize to make room but stay open minded about it all.

Some days you feel like you’re Beyoncé’ and other days you feel like a broke college student saddled with college debt (yes. I’m talking about myself). While you may not feel that low, you still feel a little blue at the first of the month. Don’t stress about your mood though, just start making important decisions. As soon as the 3rd and 4th hit, you’ll be in a better place and your mood will skyrocket. You have to figure out what it is that is making you sad before you can fix that thing though. So take some time with that. Be sure to stay fluid on the 14th, 15th, and 16th if you stay open to possibility, you never know what could happen. It seems like everyone around you is in a good mood at the beginning of the month. While you might not initially feel the same way, it’s okay to give into the vibes and let their mood effect your own. On the 5th, 6th, and 7th, you’re feeling romantic and you should definitely let it show. If you have a partner, they won’t be complainging one bit. Temptation is gonna pop up on the 1th but remember to think and make good choices about what you’re willing to do and what you’re not. Ask for the things you want carefully on the 17th and 18th. 14 Songs To Add To Your Workout Playlist

Just about everyone I know listens to music as and when they work out – it’s a great motivator. It gets you in the mood to get your heart pumping. But there comes a time when you just can’t listen to “In Da Club” by 50 Cent one more time while you’re on the elliptical. We’ve got you covered!

1.“Sail” AWOLNATION
Even though for the latter part of the year, I had zero idea what this song was saying it does get me pumped! I love to hear it when I’m on the elliptical, pushing the myself. It gets my heart pumping and makes me want to go hard for the time that I’m sticking with it. Or, I at least get a few more minutes in before I limp over to the water fountain.

2. “Touchin, Lovin’” Trey Songz featuring Nicki Minaj
It’s a typical song you’d want to hear on shuffle when you’re on the gym. It’s catchy and it’s super easy to get caught up in Nicki Minaj’s verse. It’s another fun song that’s designed for the club but easily could turn a workout up, too. And the visual of Trey Songz is always a nice motivator too… look at what a couple of workouts did for him!

3. “No Flex Zone” Rae Sremmurd
I’m not partial to this song just because Rae Sremmurd is from my hometown. I actually love it. It’s infectious and the beat always gets me hype enough to do all of my cardio and not cheat myself! Put it on when your energy is starting to wane and watch the results.

4. “Fight Night” Migos
This song is my ratchet guilty pleasure. So, of course I like working out to it! It makes working out super fun! I can actually rap this song from top to bottom and often slow the treadmill down just so I can do it without heaving through words.

5. “Latch” Disclosure, Sam Smith
This is a really fun song and I love getting on the bicycle while it’s on. You might have resist singing along loudly to the rest of your gym though. So, there’s a warning stamped on this one.

6. “Shake It Off” Taylor Swift
Oh, come on! You have to admit this song is fun…and fun is exactly what you need to get you through that last rep of leg presses! Taylor’s single is fun, flirty, cute, and encouraging. And, so what if you find yourself dancing in the mirror a little when you’re in the gym by yourself? Its still cardio, it counts.

7. “Bad Girls” M.I.A.
This is my go-to everything song. When it comes on I feel like I can do anything and everything. It’s probably sad that this song is that inspirational to me but I can ride with it. When it comes on in the gym, I love to kick it into overdrive.

8. “MT Olympus” Big KRIT
In my best imitation of New New from ATL: This. Is. My. Jam. KRIT snaps in this line after line and if that isn’t motivation for you to go hard then I don’t know what will! Especially when he raps “Tyrants never keep quiet, they’d rather be violent. So I’m beheading them all!”

9. “Maps” Maroon 5
It’s another song that’s really a feel good song and I like to listen to it when I’m cooling down after my workout. It’s upbeat enough to get me pumped up to actually get myself back home with out, you know, falling out on the street and dying.

10. “Anaconda” Nicki Minaj
Who hasn’t added this song to their workout playlist?! Go do it now! Nicki is energetic, confident, and fun. Which are all essential to having a great workout. I’m actually gonna stop talking about this song now because if I don’t, the entire post will be a thesis statement on why I love “Anaconda” and Nicki Minaj herself.

11. “Timber” Pitbull featuring Ke$ha
There’s not much to say on this one, except that it’s especially fun to work out to if you’re in a group. Just give it a try.

12. “Errrbody” Yo Gotti
This is the song that makes me actually get ON the elliptical instead of staring at it from the leg press machine. The bravado of the song gets my blood racing and I know it will do the same to you if you’re a Yo Gotti fan. Even if you’re not, give this track a spin.

13. “A** Shots” Childish Gambino
This song is relatively new on my radar, but it’s on a few playlists all the same. I have a friend who takes to running to it and I just like it as a warm up song. It’s cool and I can get in the mood to work out to it any time!

14. “All About that Bass” Meghan Trainor
This song is important! So important, I saved it for last. While you’re on your journey to becoming a fit better you, you need a song that will uplift you and remind you that you’re loosing weight because you already love your body and want to take care of it, and not that you’re loosing weight to love your body eventually. Take a page out of Meghan Trainor’s book and bring booty back!
